I am back online with a temporary install of UBUNTU -- I will no longer be away for the holiday weekend - will be working to get caught up ---- there will still be =NO LIVE SUPPORT. 	<description>We have appreciated your patience as we transfer our client data to a more efficient management application.  

The new application will automate MOD update notifications, streamline the ordering process and create a much easier method to communicate with the team. This will be beneficial for clients in many ways - it really is a win-win!  

If you receive email notifications for products you purchased weeks or even months ago - please ignore them. Although we try to suppress the notification emails. If we neglect to tick a checkbox, out goes that email.  

By adding your current products, services and subscriptions to your client profile we can automate notifications. This will benefit you by being notified immediately of bug reports or critical updates as quickly as possible.  

Thank you all so much as we get the kinks and winks worked out of the new system. I am sure many of you have already seen the benefits of using the new support system. 

We have been able to handle all support related issues within a few hours. So far no ticket has gone more than 2 hours  without attention from someone here at thedanielsolution.  

I look forward to working with you all as we move forward with our site, and continue to help you build yours.
