This is not a 'hosted solution' you will control the entire business from hosting server through membership database and code that runs your web site. You will receive your hosting Cpanel login and video tuorials immediately after payment.
There are no other monthly costs for your online business. There is a small footer linking to the copyright credits for the code your community uses. These can be removed for a yearly fee, but are not intrusive. It is our opinion that it is best practice to give that small ad space away until your site has earned enough to warrant a full license. When you are ready to remove the copyright notice, we are able to offer a 10% discount on the license fees and free removal of the copyrights.
Customization will begin with a 1 hour live consultation at your earliest convenience. We will be in touch to arrange our meeting.
We do offer a server monitoring and maintenance service: Our servers will watch yours, and if there is a problem detected, someone will take care of it immediately. This service includes a full weekly backup of your site and database delivered to any FTP or online data storage service. This service is free to members of the devHelper group.
When your site reaches your marketing goals and needs faster servers or more storage space (around 5,000 - 8,000 members), you will already have a complete copy of your system. If you choose not to work with us to upgrade your hosting account. Everything you need to move your web site to your choice of hosting services is ready for you.
